Find a property you can trust, view it safely and agree terms without being pulled off the platform.

Step 1 of 12
Search on the map
Results and map move together. Pins show the price; numbered circles are clusters you can zoom into.
- Pick Buy or Rent, then type an area, estate or keyword.
- Use Location, Property type, Price and Beds in the bar for the quick filters.
- Move the map and press Search this area to see only what is in view.
- Tap Near me to centre on your location (we ask your browser first).
- On a phone use the Map / List button at the bottom.
Good to know
Map pins show an approximate area, not the exact address. That is deliberate, and it is how owners stay safe.

Narrow it down
The Filters sheet has everything else you care about.
- Bathrooms, furnishing, size in sqm, hours of electricity, available-by date.
- Verification: show only partly or fully verified listings.
- Pet friendly, has a 3D tour or video, and amenities such as parking, generator, pool, gym, security.
- The sort menu offers recommended (fully verified first), newest, price and size.

Save the search and the homes
Let the platform watch for you.
- Press Save search, name it, and keep Alert me about new matches on.
- When a matching listing is published you get a notification straight away.
- Tap the heart on any card to save a home and find it again under Saved.

Read the listing like a pro
Photos, a 3D walk-around where available, the facts, and who is behind it.
- Use the tabs above the photos for Photos, 3D scan (drag to rotate) and Virtual tour.
- Check the key facts: size, parking, hours of electricity, furnishing, pets, availability.
- Look at Listed by: their level, whether they are an owner, agent, caretaker or developer, and how long they have been a member.

Check the verification badge
The badge tells you which title documents our team has checked.
- Fully verified: every essential document is verified.
- Partly verified: some are, others are pending or missing. Ask the lister about the rest.
- Not yet verified: nothing essential is verified yet. Do not pay anything.
- Open the Document verification section to see each document as verified, pending or missing.
Careful
A badge is a strong signal, not a guarantee of title. Always have your own lawyer search the title before paying.

Understand the location circle
The shaded circle is about 500 m wide and deliberately offset from the real spot.
- You see the neighbourhood, LGA and state. The street address stays hidden.
- Your exact address, a map pin and directions unlock after the lister confirms your viewing.

Verify to chat and book
If you see a prompt to verify, that is the platform protecting listers from fake enquiries.
- Level 1 users are asked to verify their NIN. It takes about a minute.
- Signed out? You will be asked to sign in and brought straight back to the listing.

Book a viewing
Pick a time the lister has opened. Times are shown in Lagos time.
- Choose a day from the strip, then a time slot. Greyed slots are taken.
- Add a short note if it helps, for example who is coming with you.
- Press Request this viewing. You can hold up to five live requests, and one per listing.
- The lister is notified and confirms or declines. You will get a notification either way.

Viewing confirmed: the address appears
Open My viewings and choose Address & directions.
- You see the street address, landmark and an exact pin on the map.
- Route from me draws the road route and travel time. Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps buttons open your navigation app.
- Add to calendar downloads an .ics file with a one-hour reminder.
- Share GPS link creates a link for a friend. It opens only for signed-in, ID-verified people and expires in 7 days.
- The lister now has your name and phone number to coordinate on the day.

Need to cancel? Do it from this page. The address is hidden again and the lister is told.

Chat safely
Ask your questions in the app. Everything is recorded, which protects both of you.
- Open the listing and choose Message, or continue from Messages.
- Phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links and social handles are replaced with contact details hidden. That is automatic.
- If someone keeps pushing you to WhatsApp, a call or a transfer, use the ⋮ menu → Report this chat.
Careful
Never pay anyone who asks you to go outside the app. Payment requests should only ever come as an invoice here.

Receive and accept the invoice
When terms are agreed, the lister issues an invoice. That unlocks contact details in the chat.
- Both of you must be Level 3 (transaction-ready).
- Open it from the notification or Invoices. Check the property, the line items and the total.
- Press Accept invoice to confirm. You can Print / save PDF for your records.
- Payments are not processed on the platform yet. Escrow-protected payment is the next feature.

Stay on top of everything
One place for every home and search you care about.
- Saved shows your hearted homes and your saved searches. Switch alerts on or off per search.
- My viewings lists upcoming and past appointments.
- The bell and inbox update live. You do not need to refresh.

Common questions
Why can't I see the exact address?
It is revealed only after the lister confirms your viewing. This protects owners and tenants from unsolicited visits.
Can I open the property documents?
Yes, once your viewing is confirmed and you are ID-verified: open the listing and choose View documents. Only verified documents are shown, and every access is logged.
A lister asked for my number.
Do not share it in chat; it would be hidden anyway. Book a viewing: once confirmed, the lister gets your number automatically.
What if the lister declines or I need another time?
Pick another slot from the listing page. If none suit you, message them and ask them to open more times.
Is my money protected?
Not yet by the platform. Never pay before viewing and checking documents, and only pay against an invoice. Escrow is on the roadmap.
