NIN proves who you are. One NIN can back only one account.
BVN links you to a real bank identity so invoices and escrow involve accountable people.

Fully verified
Every essential document for this kind of property — for sale: C of O, Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan, Governor's Consent and (for buildings) planning approval — has been checked by our team. ID-verified viewers can open copies.
Partly verified
At least one essential document is verified, others are still pending or not yet uploaded. A good sign, but ask about the rest before you commit.
Not yet verified
No essential document has been verified yet. It may be new, or documents may be missing. Don't pay anything until they are.
Rentals are checked for proof of ownership (and a letter of authority when an agent or caretaker lists on an owner's behalf).
Common questions
Why do you need my NIN and BVN?+
To make sure everyone on the platform is a real, accountable person — buyers as well as sellers. Your NIN lets you chat and book viewings; BVN and a liveness check make you transaction-ready. We never see your bank balances, and a BVN can't be used to move money.
Who can see my ID details?+
Only our verification team, and only to review your check. Numbers are encrypted at rest and every access is logged. Other users only ever see your verification level.
Why is the exact address hidden?+
To protect owners and tenants from unsolicited visits, and to stop agents bypassing the platform. Once a lister confirms your viewing, the address, a map and directions appear for you.
Why are phone numbers hidden in chat?+
Scams usually start by moving you to WhatsApp or a phone call. Contact details unlock only after an invoice is issued in the conversation — a record both sides can point to.
How long does verification take?+
Instantly in this demo. Once connected to an ID provider, NIN and BVN checks are usually seconds; liveness photos may be reviewed by a person within a working day.
